Band looking for Vocalist/Guitarist

Hi there,

We're a bunch of late 30's to late 40's musos based in Northcote and have a set of originals written. We have a drummer, bass player, guitarist and keys/guitarist/backing vocalist.

We're looking for someone who can do lead vocals and swap between some simple guitar and keys when required. I play drums and guitar so someone who could also play drums would be an added bonus for some creative variety. I even have a song written for two drums sets!

We're into 90's post-hardcore, and shoegaze and a sprinkle of post-rock, so some louder and quieter stuff, bands like Slint, Chavez, Fugazi, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth are faves, but also more recent stuff like Title Fight, Ovlov, Chastity Belt and and Lithics are in there too.

Hello guys, Just came across your add and thought to put my hand up for the singer position. I can play guitar well and also drums so I tick your boxes in those departments. I just turned 45 and caught the music bug again recently as I sung for my daughters schools "Parents battle of the bands entry" we came second and it was so much fun. I like some of the bands you mentioned also and have alot of my own songs, some that may work well with your style though I will leave that for you all to decide. I will leave it there.
