“Jewels and the Heist” seeking experienced drummer

Hey guys,

"Jewels and the Heist" Gippsland based (Drouin) covers band seeking experienced drummer for pop/rock covers.
No less than $200 per gig.
Playing as part of Acoustic trio, 4 Piece with Bass or 5 Piece with Keys.
Bookings til April 2026. Predominantly in the Gippsland areas but happy to book more metro and peninsula in the future.
Approx 1-3 gigs per month.
Rehearsals Drouin.
We do travel quite a way for some gigs, with meals, accommodation etc provided or $ to cover. Eg, Echuca, Marlo etc.
Seeking male or female, ideally 30-55 years old.
Ability to sing or harmonise would be a bonus but not essential.
You must have reliable transport and equipment. (Full Acoustic kit or Quality electric kit)
Cajon or small kit set up for acoustic gigs or small spaces a bonus.
Team player, no dramas, positive vibe and energy with competent skills.
Ability to learn new songs relatively quickly.

We already have multiple "fill in" drummers but we are looking for someone willing to commit to 80-90% of our gigs with some back up options available for illness or special event commitments.
